The Trip to Beijing
I used to think Beijing must be a grand and special city, given that it was the capital of China, and lots of events I have heard took place there. But soon after I got off the plane, I knew all was but my illusion. If I had to use one wordto describe it, nothing but “grey” will fulfil the task. As far as your eyes could see, all was covered in dust and haunted by air pollution.
Though it was the first time I had been to the North part of China, I was still surprised by the sharp contrast between the South and North. It wasn't hearsay.
I love travelling. When I was young, my parents always took me to other places to visit, such as Beijing, Zhuhai and Guilin. But as I grow up, there’s such a heavy study-pressure that I can hardly afford time and energy to travel. Fortunately, I can “travel” to a lot of far-away attractions in the fantastic world of books and TV. Recently I have learnt about Rio De Janeiro from books. I feel excited and want very much to travel there. Rio De Janeiro lies along the coast of Atlantic Ocean. It’s Brazil’s second largest city. Firstly, I love the climate in Rio De Janeiro. Sea climate is comfortable and it never gets too dry or too wet. Secondly, I love the beautiful beaches. I always form a picture in my mind of being at the seaside. I imagine myself walking on the beach. The sunshine is mild in the late afternoon and I feel the soft wind moving across my face. I can see the sun moving slowly below the sea level, just like a hot, red ball falling into the water. Some seagulls are flying above the sea and others rest themselves on ship-boards. I take off my shoes. Soft sand flows through my toes. Little waves sometimes run towards me and wet my trousers, just like naughty children. I enjoy this feast for both my body and spirit. Now I know that the beauty of nature is the greatest beauty in the world. Alone, I’m just walking, walking and walking……
Today was August 2nd,it was a sunny day,and it made me feel comfortable.My father and I have decided to go to the Imperial Palace（故宫）.So we went to there by car in this morning.
The Imperial Palace was so wonderful that we would never forget it.And it was the most famous buildings in the world,there were many visitors came to here to visit it every year.
In short,we took many photos,we were very enjoyable.
Monday , July 16th
The weather was sunny and hot. we visited the Palace Museum and Tian’an Men Square in the morning. We took many photos there. We visited the Great Wall in the afternoon. There were many people on the Great Wall. ,We also visited some other interesting places in Beijng. We visited some Beijing Hutongs , too. We had great fun there. I hope to go there again.
1、I had a wonderful time in Chongqing this vacation and it was a very happy tour!Chongqing is the biggest municipality directly under the Central Government and bulit on the mountains.The most structure I've seen there is bridge.Chongqing is surrouned by Jialing river and Changjiang river.In order to make life better and more comuunicate,several districts of Chongqing are connetied by many kinds of bridges of which I don't konw the English name.And the night view of Chongqing is exciting,especially in Jiefangbei.It's so beautiful that I can't describe it in words.To be frank,I dislike the weather in winter of Chongqing.It's so cold that I can't stand.In one word,I spent a unforgetable time in Chongqing and I wish I could be there for the second time.
