Firstly, one can go along with persons with good personality.There are various kinds of people around you, and you should choose those with positive, optimistic and open-minded personality as the examples.Under the good influences of those person, you will gradually change the defects of your characterisitcs and improve your self-image.
Secondly, one should spend time developing high-class interests or hobbies.To a great extent, one's personality is displayed by his or her inner beauty and temperament.High-class interests, like operas, classic musics, artistic films, for example, will prmote your internal thoughts and ideas, thus form your good personality.
To sum up, there are mainly two ways to develop your personality.So long as you persist doing what i suggested, oneday in the future you will have a well-developed personality.
