首先先从大方向粗略看一下电影的主要故事，此片所讲为：案件是一个18岁男孩，出生在贫民窟，母亲去世，父亲曾因伪造文书罪入狱一年多，故他曾在孤儿院呆过一年多，父亲自小便对他是以暴力虐待，而案件是男孩涉嫌杀死了他的父亲，两个证人，很多证据均表明这一点，证人一：老人 听到了“I will kill you”之后接着听到有人倒地的声音，之后用15秒的时间跑出走廊正好看到男孩跑出来。
人生需要理性
总是有感而发一些东西，这次也不例外
理智的思考做事，对一件事通过多个角度的分析观察，再综合来看，最后选择最合理的。
拥有批判性思维，统筹思考，用合理的逻辑判断，不掺杂任何私人感情主观判断。听上去就是个毫无感情的机器人。可是，人之所以可以拥有理性，源自于人拥有感情，而我又善于以生物学化学的角度来思考人类的情感，那些美妙的爱情，悚人的恨意都来自人脑中的化学反应。
人某些时候的感性需要被加以控制，当然在下并不是一个完全抨击否定情感的人，否则我也不会在这里打字了，毕竟人的可贵在于感情。
有人说理性就是漠然的看待一切事情，在下倒是不敢苟同。理性的人只是抑制自己防止被感性冲昏了头脑，毕竟有时候理性的思考胜过一切感情的宣泄，最简单的例子，如今寒假，休息是一定会的，但如果只是休息会让大脑陷入一种不思考的环境，对个人意识也会产生惰性。如今需要在安逸的寒假里拿起书本，复习或者预习，虽然极不情愿。
