First, you should have a healthy lifestyle, you need to go to bad early and wake up early. People usually need to sleep at least 8 hours a day, children will need more.Don't smoke or drink too much wine.
Second, you need to have a good eating habbits. Eat more vegetables and less meat. Keep away from the junk food. Remember to drink more water.
Finally, do some exercise is good for your health. You can run, swim or play ball games three or four times a week will be OK. Don't do exercise too much or you will feel uncomfortable.
Health is one of the most important things in our life. Emerson said, first wealth is health. To be health, we should do enough exercises every day.Such as running,swimming, play badminton and so on. eat. Fiber, fruits and vegetables can help reduce your risk
of some cancers. Calcium helps build strong bones.
In conclusion, we should have healthy lifestyle which
means practising good, healthy habits and giving up harmful ones. Therefore,
healthy eating and Regular exercise are very important for
us to keep doing everyday.
