You should keep your good sleep habits unless the change is necessary. Good sleep will help you to both keeping enough vigor and fighting the disease.

Aerobic activities such as swimming, jogging, brisk walking, cycling, or vigorous racquet sports will help to strength your heart and blood vessel. Some reports show that aerobic activities make people get more energy, less stress, better sleep, weight loss, and an improved self-image.
Two theories of the stress origin are popular. The life events theory thinks that different kinds of life events have different levels stress. The other theory believes that the stress comes from the troubles in life. When troubles come out, we should control our reaction, otherwise, stress will control us.

Currently, some cities are considering food ban on subways, which has sparked heated discussion. Some people say food should be banned because of the trash and rats they attract. Personally, I'm against the ban because of the huge inconvenience it would cause commuters, and the expense involved in enforcing it. Still, I believe weshould have a little common courtesy. I think we all have responsibility to try to treat our subway system and fellow riders with respect, and that extends to food as well.
On Developing Listening Abillity.
In learning of foreign language,some students ignore the development of their listening ability.they tend to think that listening practice is a waste of time,so they would rather do more reading to raise their language level.
as a matter of fact,to improve listening ability is one of the most important things in mastering a foreign language.as is known to all,much of our information comes to us through our ears.that is to say,listening is an essential means of communication.in reality,we are often faced with situations where our ability to listen is the most important key to success.in such cases,if we can not understand what is being said,communication will be interrupted.
personally,i believe one can not learn a foreign language well without listening practising.therefor,a student must consciously improve his listening skill so as to make greater progress in language learning.
