苏州小统考是面向社会人员的公开招聘，是苏州部分地区同一时间开展、同学科考试内容相同但成绩不通用的教师招聘考试，考生只能选择一个区域报考，成绩仅在本地区有效。具体介绍如下：
招聘形式与地区参与情况
苏州教师招聘包含小统考和单招两种形式，单招是苏州各个地区教育局单独发布的教师招聘信息。
近几年参加小统考的地区：
2021年：市直属、吴江区、昆山。
2020年：市直属、吴中区、吴江区、昆山。
2019年：市直属、吴中区。
2018年：市直属、相城区、吴中区、昆山。
2017年：市直属、姑苏区、相城区、吴中区、吴江区、昆山。
笔试时间与试卷安排
往年小统考在1月份开展，2021年苏州小统考笔试日期是1月16日，上午9：00 - 11：30，其中语文学科再多30分钟。
统考卷的笔试分两张试卷，一张《教育综合知识》20分，一张《专业知识》80分。苏州市区考场会先发《教育综合知识》，考试30分钟后收走，再发《学科知识》试卷，考120分钟（语文考150分钟）；县级市考点可能一起发，一起收。

2018年：单选（10题，1分/题）、论述（1题，10分）。
1. 自主招生一般的考试内容是什么
自主招生一般考试内容主要按照3+X来进行。
1、其中“知3”同样包括语、数、外三科，均实行统考，各科满分都为150分，只是考试试卷不同。2、“X”也有不同。
普通高考的“X”指文综（史地政）或理综（物化生道），单独招生的高职考试中的“X”指的是一科综合专业课或专业基础课、职业技能课两科，由招生院校自主命题和考试。3、考试形式：闭卷笔试。
以上是一般内考试，还有一些特殊的可能。有的学容校没有笔试，直接进行面试。
有的学校甚至会考心理，这个都是根据学生报考的学校和专业而定。所以自招具体情况也是要具体分析，还有很多其他的自招的方式、技巧等，你到“口袋名师”平台提问，会获得更多的帮助。
2. 自主招生的校考简单吗
分两种吧
高校（像清华北大复旦中山这些）自主招生，在阳光高考网站上发布信息，符合条件的考生在网上注册报名，然后将自己的材料寄到高校（最好有高中校长的推荐信），之后流程按照该高校安排，笔试偏重思维，面试就。。。（反正各种奇葩）
高职（也不一定是高职，但多是二本以下）自主招生，不太清楚。。。（二本，三本的学校多如麻啊，放榜后想在几天内选定学校专业简直不可能，志愿填报是不会为这部分学生服务的，一本的填报都还有很多人乱报学校呢，所以提前确定一个学校也不是不好）。
建议自己写，不然和别人的撞上了就OVER了
大部分考生觉得英语作文什么都不会，其实英语作文是英语考试中最简单最保险能拿到分数的，可能很多考生不以为然，怎么可能？呵呵，在我们中心看来没有什么是不可能的，英语作文的基本要求是学生要写100字左右的文章，由于大部分考生的英语水平不高，所以只要能把题目表达清楚，字数够了就行了，我现在将网上的一个书信的模板摘抄过来作为例子
