我把苹果、黄瓜、玉米洗干净，切成小方块。咦！怪了，刀在妈妈的手中那么好用，在我的手中却不听话。我右手紧握菜刀，左手捏着苹果，尽量保持平稳，小心翼翼地切下去。忽然，苹果一滚，刀失去控制。 “啊——”我被吓得大叫起来。好险！刀从我手边划过，差一点受伤。我提醒自己，得小心了。
