教练把冲浪板上的安全绳系在我的脚踝上，猛地一推，还没等我反应过来，一个接一个的海浪已向我扑打而来，我惊慌失措，直接从冲浪板上跌落进了海里。
屡试屡败，屡败屡战。在教练的指导下，我静下心来，按他指导的动作要领去练习：蹬步起身要用力，左腿跟上要迅速。终于，我晃晃悠悠地站了起来，迎着呼呼的海风，我慢慢蹲下。做半蹲动作时，我双臂张开，以保持身体的平衡。此时，我兴奋极了，全身的每一个细胞都沸腾了，激动和亢奋完胜了先前的胆怯和不安。那一刻，我是大海的主人，我是胜利的勇士。

五一最快乐的一件事
今天我乘飞机到巴厘岛去玩，飞机很高很高，下面的房子都很小很小，飞机飞到半空时，空中小姐就给大家电视呢！
看着看着，我就不看了。我们大家都在看外面的风景，望下去，房子就象蚂蚁，小河就象小蚯蚓。
我们飞呀飞，终于飞到了巴厘岛吴拉拉机场，又乘了十分钟的汽车，我们就到了我们住的RAMADA宾馆，宾馆里真漂亮，里面还有一个很大的露天游泳池呢！
我们碰到了许许多多的外国老婆婆和老爷爷，我们全家三口都开开心心，天天都露着开心的笑容。
